Dedicated in 2015, the Russell G. Hartmann Memorial Pavilion was donated to the Town of Vernon in honor of Russell Hartmann, a successful Vernon business owner and active participant in local business, civic, and charitable affairs.
The Pavilion is available to rent for private parties or events.
