Fee Schedule
Community Room
$40 per hour (minimum of 2 hour rental) 
Food allowed; no kitchen amenities
$50 per hour (minimum of 2 hour rental) 
*Renter responsible for bringing their own gym equipment (balls, cones, etc.)

*Your reservation must include set-up and clean up time. 
*Renters are responsible for cleaning up.
*At the end of your rental time, put chairs and tables back into the storage closet, sweep/clean the general area and remove your trash. The staff member will check the condition of the premises upon your exit.

  • Full reservation fee is due at time of rental. Reservation is not confirmed until full payment is received
  • There is a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with 30 days or more notice will receive a refund minus the cancellation fee.  Cancellations made with 29 or fewer days notice will not receive a refund.
  • Rental time must include set-up and clean-up
  • Access to electricity, running water, and bathroom facilities must be requested at the time of rental
  • When a rental includes park bathroom use, the general public is also allowed to use the bathroom facilities when the park is open to the public
  • Renters are expected to leave their space clean after use, with trash placed in proper receptacles, grill fires completely extinguished, and any appliances turned off
