Private & Semi-private Swimming Lessons

Private swim lessons are 1:1 ratio. Semi-private swim lessons are intended for families with multiple children who would prefer attending the same class, max 3:1 ratio. It’s recommended that participants in Semi-Private lessons be of similar swimming abilities.  

Private & Semi-Private lessons are 30 minute classes held 4 days a week and are available for any skill level. Lessons are held Monday-Thursday; Fridays are used for make-up in the event of inclement weather. Participants must be at least 4 years old. Registration for Private lessons can be done online or in our office.

To register for a semi-private lesson, please register for an available private lesson time. After you have completed the registration with payment, email parksandrec@vernon-ct.gov to add your remaining children to the class.

Session 1: July 24-27
Session 2: July 31-Aug 3
 Session 3: Aug 7-Aug 11


Available times:
5:00pm, 5:40pm, 6:20pm,

Private Fee:
Residents $125 Non-Resident $150

Semi-Private Fee:
Residents $125 first participant, $50 each additional
Non-Residents $150 first participant, $60 each additional
